Plantar Fasciitis (Heel Spurs)This is the most common musculo-skeletal pain of the foot. The condition presents as pain in the bottom of the heel. The pain can sometimes be caused by the presence of a heel bone spur or by inflammation of the ligament that attaches to the heel bone.
Sesamoiditis
SesamoiditisOur big toes each have two small bones that exist below the first joint. These are called sesamoids and are commonly subjected to overloading that can cause pain.

Sever's DiseaseThis is a growth related pain that occurs on the back of the heels of young children, usually boys aged between 8 and 14.
Shin Splints
Shin SplintsCommon among runners, this condition presents as a pain in the front of the leg along the shin. It is most commonly caused by overuse, flat feet, incorrect running form, high impact activities and incorrect footwear.

Tarsal CoalitionsThis condition is caused when bones fuse together during development resulting in pain. Often presented among young teenagers during their development, the condition will often cause a significant reduction in movement of the effected joint.
Tendinopathy
TendinopathyThis condition is an inflammation of the tendon that occurs due to overuse. There are several tendons within the foot and leg that can be subjected to tendinopathy, with the Achilles and Posterior Tibial tendons being the most common.

WartsWarts are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). They can occur anywhere on the foot and can be extremely painful. We use a wide range of treatment options to alleviate these nasty lesions.
